Patients who are diagnosed with myeloma are diagnosed for life.

“There is no cure for multiple myeloma but we remain optimistic for the future,” says Francine Gendron, the Chief Executive Officer of Myeloma Canada. “While patients go into remission, the disease remains in their body. Eventually it comes back; you just never know when. This is an unpredictable cancer.”
